Runwright Systems Sample system Back to the site
Demo data A sample of the written procedure the office gets with a build, here for the estimate follow-up sample. Ridgeline Mechanical, its people, numbers and accounts are fictional. Ticking a step changes this page only.

Build SOP

SOP is short for standard operating procedure: the written steps your office follows to run the system. Every build comes with one: who runs it, when, each step with what you should see, what to do when something looks wrong, who to call, and a record of every setting and login. Tick through the morning steps below the way the office would.

What this system does

Every estimate marked sent in the quoting tool goes onto the follow-up board. On day 2 it drafts a text, on day 5 an email, and on day 10 it puts a call on your list. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it. When an estimate is marked won or lost, its follow-up stops.

How to run it: the morning queue

Tick each step as you do it. The ticks are for this page only.

    What normal looks like

    • Between 0 and 6 drafts waiting on a normal morning.
    • Every estimate sent yesterday is on the board, with its day 2 text due tomorrow.
    • Won and lost estimates show "Stopped" on their remaining steps.
