Runwright Systems Sample system Back to the site
Demo data The subcontract, the companies, and the clauses here are all fictional. For this sample, the reading was done ahead of time. On a real job, an AI model reads the contract and a person checks every line. Business days here skip weekends but not holidays. Nothing is sent or saved, and it is all gone when you close the tab.

Contract to to-do

This takes the obligations in the subcontract that come with a date, a cost, or a condition, and sorts them into three plain lists: do once, do every month, and do when something happens. A person still reads the whole contract. Enter the date something happened, and the task lands on the board with its due date.

Do once, at the start

One-time items. Each line says when it is due.

Do every month

These repeat with each monthly billing and meeting.

Do when something happens

These deadlines start without warning. Enter the date it happened. The page works out the due date and adds a task to the board below.

Subcontract TC-23M

These are excerpts from the 16 articles of the signed contract. Where text was left out, the clause numbers skip. Click a row's source button to open its article with the sentence highlighted.

Task board

New tasks go into Backlog. J-2417 is this job and M. Kessler is its project manager. Both are fictional. This board is part of this sample only. The full task board is a separate sample, and the two share nothing.
